1. Make a sample layout according to the customer sample or draft design drawings.

2. Build a 3D model, write a CAM program, sculpt and process a wood model, confirm with the customer.

3. CNC engraving, after the model change, confirming with the customer and ensure there are no errors, that the mold is completed.

4. Samples with the clients, make quotation, sign the contract and arrange the production.

BEF is a professional manufactory for Rubber production . BEF have two factories, one is in Guangzhou, and another is in Suzhou at Anhui province.Factory covers120,000 square meters, testing machine over 200 Sets.

BEF have over 400 workers at present.Annual capacity:rubber outsole 20 million;PU soles 3million; EVA and foam 3 million; PP&PE injection midsole 3 million;rubber molds over 1500 sets.
